* After receiving the doll, carefully check the makeup before removing the head protection cap, and then remove the head protection cap.

We can only replace makeup if you notice a makeup defect before removing the head cap.

If there is any trace of the head cap being removed, no replacement or refund will be made for damage to the makeup.

* We provide layaway service to customers who purchase dolls.

Customers who want layaway service must apply for layaway service before purchasing and receive a link to the personal payment window.

The first payment is 30% of the total amount within 3 days. The estimated date of payment for the balance can be set by the customer.

As it is an order-made product, if you stop payment in the middle, you cannot receive a refund for the first payment of 30%. Please decide your order carefully.

We will send the product only after 100% payment is completed.

* [Edel basic doll + dress + wig] This is the default configuration. Eyes, makeup and shoes must be purchased additionally.

* Clothes, eyes, wigs are not sold separately.

* Delivery period:

If you do not add a population ▶ Ships within 7 days.

* Deposit period: If you do not receive the deposit within 3 days after the order, regardless of the weekend, your order will be automatically canceled. (Order cancellation is not notified.)

* Makeup design can not be changed.

Because it is handmade, there may be individual differences and may differ from the picture.

The symmetry is not perfect, and the brush touch may not be uniform because each person draws them one by one. and small dust may enter.

If you are sensitive to symmetry and dust, it is impossible to exchange or refund due to this, so please think carefully and apply for makeup.

* Required notice before ordering eyes : It is made by hand, so there may be bubbles and dust, and there are binocular tea and individual tea.

Even if it is made with the same pigment color, the color may be darker or lighter than the sample due to the difference in the fine amount to be painted.

* The color may look different depending on devices such as monitors and mobile phones.

* Urethane products may become discolored if exposed to ultraviolet light (sunlight or strong light) for a long time.

* The original form of doll's face is hand made dolls. So symmetry is not perfect.

This caused the exchange or the refund can not do, please carefully purchase.

* Costume Compatibility: Compatible with most of existing 6/1 size dolls( or USD, YOSD size ) and shoes & costumes.

* Be sure to check the components. We do not send products other than components.

Props, bonuses, etc. used for shooting other than the specified components are not included.

* wigs, clothes, eyes, and makeup-heads are non-refundable after opening due to the nature of the product.

- Shipment: We will send your purchase after your payment for the order is confirmed. If you want to exchange or return the products, you must contact our staff member.
