After receiving the doll, carefully check the makeup before removing the head protection cap, and then remove the head protection cap.

We can only replace makeup if you notice a makeup defect before removing the head cap.

If there is any trace of the head cap being removed, no replacement or refund will be made for damage to the makeup.

* We provide layaway service to customers who purchase dolls.

Customers who want layaway service must apply for layaway service before purchasing and receive a link to the personal payment window.

The first payment is 50% of the total amount within 3 days. The estimated date of payment for the balance can be set by the customer.

As it is an order-made product, if you stop payment in the middle, you cannot receive a refund for the first payment of 50%. Please decide your order carefully.

We will send the product only after 100% payment is completed.
